StitchLink is designed to help users create, save, style, and publish simple shareable pages. This page explains the basic terms for using StitchLink and how account information is collected, stored, and used.
By creating an account, signing in, using the studio, publishing a page, or otherwise using StitchLink, you agree to these Terms & Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
If Google sign-in is used, limited account information is received from Google for authentication (such as an email address and a display name, if available). Access is not requested to Google Drive, Gmail, Contacts, Calendar, or other Google services.
Cookies are used for authentication and security. Cookies are not sold and are not used for advertising.
Information is used to authenticate users, keep sessions secure, save and restore pages, publish user content, provide support, prevent abuse, improve the service, and communicate with users about their account or StitchLink.
By creating an account or providing an email address, you agree that StitchLink may send you transactional emails, account notices, product updates, onboarding messages, feature announcements, promotional material, service updates, security notices, and support-related communications. You may unsubscribe from non-essential promotional emails when an unsubscribe option is provided. Transactional, security, legal, and account-related emails may still be sent when necessary to operate the service.
Users who place affiliate links, sponsored links, referral links, or other monetized links on StitchLink pages are independently responsible for complying with the terms, policies, disclosure requirements, and applicable laws of the third-party programs and platforms they participate in. This includes, where applicable, the Amazon Associates Operating Agreement, Amazon Influencer Program guidelines, FTC advertising and endorsement requirements, and the policies of any other affiliate network, marketplace, or service used by the user.
StitchLink is a neutral hosting and publishing platform. Providing a tool for users to publish affiliate links does not constitute approval, endorsement, partnership, sponsorship, or independent verification by StitchLink of any third-party affiliate program. Users should review the current requirements of each affiliate program before publishing or promoting monetized links.
Link Cloaking Prohibited: Users may not use StitchLink to cloak, mask, disguise, obscure, or intentionally alter the final destination of affiliate URLs in a manner that prevents the destination, referring page, or source of traffic from being identified. Outbound affiliate links should resolve directly and transparently to their intended destination, subject to any functionality expressly provided by the applicable affiliate network.
StitchLink may restrict or remove links that appear to be deceptive, misleading, malicious, broken, or designed to circumvent the policies of a third-party platform. Users are responsible for ensuring that their link structure and traffic practices remain compliant with the applicable affiliate program.
Mandatory Dashboard Registration: Where a third-party affiliate program requires publishers to register the websites, landing pages, social profiles, or other traffic sources they use, users are responsible for completing that registration themselves before directing traffic through StitchLink.
For Amazon Associates, users should ensure that the StitchLink page or other applicable traffic source is properly listed in the Amazon Associates account under the required websites or mobile apps information when applicable. Users directing traffic to an Amazon Influencer Storefront are likewise responsible for following Amazon's current requirements for registering or identifying their applicable social media or promotional sources within the Influencer dashboard.
Requirements imposed by third-party affiliate programs may change at any time. Users are responsible for reviewing and following the current requirements of the applicable program. StitchLink does not guarantee that registration of a StitchLink page will satisfy a third-party platform's verification requirements.
StitchLink is not responsible for account warnings, suspensions, termination, rejected applications, withheld commissions, forfeited earnings, traffic restrictions, or other actions taken by an affiliate network or marketplace as a result of a user's failure to comply with that platform's rules or properly identify their traffic sources.
FTC Disclosures: Users who receive compensation, commissions, free products, referral fees, or other benefits from links or recommendations must provide clear and conspicuous disclosures when required by applicable law or the policies of the relevant affiliate program. Disclosures should be easy for visitors to notice and understand and should not be hidden behind another link, buried in unrelated text, or presented in a way that could reasonably mislead a visitor.
Examples of disclosures may include #ad, #affiliate, or #CommissionsEarned, when appropriate for the applicable program. Users are responsible for determining which disclosure is sufficient for their particular relationship and promotional activity.
Users must not falsely represent an affiliate relationship, claim that StitchLink or another company endorses a product when it does not, or make deceptive claims about products, services, prices, earnings, discounts, or promotions. Affiliate content must accurately reflect the user's actual relationship with the promoted company or program.
StitchLink may remove affiliate links, restrict monetized pages, suspend accounts, or take other appropriate action when affiliate activity violates these Terms, applicable law, or creates a significant risk to users or the service.
Users are responsible for all content, links, images, payment handles, and information they add to their StitchLink pages. Users must ensure that their pages and content comply with applicable laws and do not contain unlawful, harmful, misleading, abusive, harassing, infringing, fraudulent, or malicious material.
StitchLink provides tools for users to create and share pages, but does not verify every piece of content published by users. If you believe a StitchLink page contains content that violates these guidelines, you may report the page for review.
Users and visitors may report StitchLink pages that they believe contain prohibited content, including but not limited to:
When a page is reported, StitchLink may review the reported content and take appropriate action. Actions may include requesting changes, limiting visibility, removing content, disabling links, restricting access, or suspending accounts or pages when necessary.
Submitting a report does not guarantee removal of content. StitchLink evaluates reports based on the information available, applicable laws, and the impact on users and the service.
Users may also be responsible for responding to legitimate complaints regarding content they have published. Repeated violations, attempts to bypass enforcement actions, or use of StitchLink to distribute harmful content may result in permanent restriction or termination of access.
Serious violations, repeated abuse, fraudulent activity, malicious activity, illegal content, attempts to evade enforcement, or other conduct that poses a significant risk to StitchLink or its users may result in the permanent removal of a page or account and a permanent ban from using StitchLink services. A permanent ban may prevent the user from creating or operating additional StitchLink pages or accounts.
StitchLink reserves the right to remove content, restrict access, suspend pages or accounts, or permanently ban users from the service when reasonably necessary to protect users, the service, or comply with legal requirements.
StitchLink does not sell personal information. Personal information is not shared with third parties for their independent marketing purposes.
StitchLink may use third-party providers for authentication, hosting, storage, analytics, email delivery, payments, security, and related service operations. Google OAuth is used for Google sign-in. Google provides the authentication information described above. Google passwords are not received.
StitchLink may change, update, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service at any time. The service is provided as-is and as available, without a guarantee that it will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or available for every use case.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, StitchLink is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, lost business, or service interruptions arising from use of the service.
StitchLink may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
